Caramel sauce - Kinuskikastike (about 1,5€)

1 dl whipping cream (vispikerma)
1 dl brown sugar (fariinisokeri)
(+ 1-3 tbsp cocoa powder for chocolate sauce (kaakaojauhe))
1. Mix the cream and the sugar in a pot.2. Boil the mixture over a low heat for about 5 minutes. Stir the mixture throughout the heating.3. Serve the sauce hot with ice cream or berries.
